The story follows Sanjay Rajkot (Salman Khan), a benevolent and powerful figure in Rajkot, Gujarat, fondly called "Sikandar" or "Raja Saab" by his people. Married to Saisri (Rashmika Mandanna), a painter, Sanjay’s life takes a dramatic turn after he intervenes in a confrontation on a flight, beating up Arjun (Prateik Babbar), the son of a corrupt minister (Sathyaraj), who attempts to blackmail a woman. This incident sparks a feud with the minister, who seeks revenge. A tragic accident leads to Saisri’s death, and her organs are donated to three individuals in Mumbai. Sanjay relocates to Mumbai to protect these recipients—a young boy from Dharavi, a homemaker stifled by her family, and a heartbroken college girl—while battling the minister’s henchmen and a corrupt cop, Prakash (Kishore). The narrative blends action, drama, and a social message about selflessness and organ donation but struggles to maintain coherence or emotional depth.
